New markets
In addition to the capability in the French and Spanish marketplaces that was added in the second half of 2008, Ad Relevance has added capability in the Italian marketplace, allowing us to provide services to companies that need a Pan European multi-lingual search marketing partner.
Ad Relevance is now running extensive marketing campaigns across all 5 continents, utilising 10 different languages, and has a fledgling office in the Asia-Pac region.
Travel industry realises importance of multi-lingual websites
The major players of the travel industry are prioritising the launch of foreign language websites to increase their international appeal and reach out to a bigger market. Studies have shown that connecting with customers in their native language is likely to generate greater loyalty and brand awareness.
Hilton recently launched Spanish and Chinese sites, Ritz-Carlton launched Chinese and Japanese sites in 2007, Sheraton has added Chinese and Italian sites this year & Marriott is working on Chinese and Spanish sites. Airlines like American Airlines and Delta now have more than seven languages on their websites and are planning to add more in the near future.
The move to multiple languages on the web furthers one goal shared by every travel company, that is to boost on-line sales which cost less to process than those handled by people.

New Business Telesales / Account Management
Based: Hong Kong or Bangkok
Description: Telesales role with some customer visits, researching and winning new business that fits into company strategy. On-going account management and development while growing your portfolio of accounts.
Requirements: A proven track record of winning new business over the phone is essential, experience of account development is advantageous. A degree is not necessarily required, all we ask of our staff is to be truly dedicated to excellent customer service, to be smart, self-motivated and to use initiative.
Fluent written and spoken English and Thai is essential, other Asian languages are advantageous.
Salary/Contract: Negotiable
Campaign Manager
Based: Hong Kong or Bangkok
Description:To collaborate with the sales team to determine each customer's SEM requirements, and to build and manage campaigns from those requirements.
Requirements: Proven experience of managing pay per click, affiliate and other paid for internet search campaigns is highly desirable.
Fluent written and spoken English and Thai is essential, must be dedicated to providing excellent customer service.
